FOSTER / ADOPTIONS
Though we are fortunate to be one of the only rescue groups in Utah that has our own facility, we still do need foster families who will care for mother animals and babies, injured and healing animals, senior animals and horses.  Qualified applicants care for the animal in their home until it is adopted, sometimes just a few days or a few weeks. Foster volunteers keep the animal in their home, then bring it to our scheduled adoption days held most weekends at local Petsmart stores. UAAC provides food and medical care for the animals.  If you already have animals of your own, we recommend that they be current on all vaccinations (including for kennel cough) before bringing any new animal into your home.
